At Elite Homes, our focus is on the customer. We believe that providing our customers with competitive rates and a comfortable Orlando vacation home in a great location near Disney is not enough. We strive to bring joy and happiness to all of our customers with an easy, convenient check-in process and amazing customer support. Our guarantee to all of our customers is this: If you are not completely satisfied with your Orlando vacation home we will happily try to move you to another convenient property within minutes of Disney, and if you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund of all but the first night's stay.

Privacy

At Elite Homes, we are committed to privacy. All personal data is stored on our secure, 128-bit encrypted server verified by VeriSign SSL. The server is also highly password-protected. Elite Homes will not under any circumstances give away any information to an outside 3rd party for usage (unless legally ordered to do so). We will only use your information to contact you and to send special promotions, unless you prefer us not to. If you feel that we are not properly obeying our privacy terms, please contact us.

Reservations

Once a reservation is confirmed to you with a reservation number, the reservation is in our system and the customer is expected to arrive as booked and pay the balance. Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the date of arrival and a full refund of the deposit will be made, otherwise the downpayment made will be forfeited. Refund policy does not apply to peak season dates, as full payment is required upon reservation.
