Having Elite manage your Orlando vacation home property means that you - and your vacation home - receive the personal service of one of our management teams, each looking after 20-25 properties, whose very livelihood depends on their providing you with a first-class service. You also receive a far more personal service than if your home was one of hundreds looked after by a central office. Your management team are never far away from your home and, with the added support of the Elite office staff your requests, requirements and concerns will always be attended to promptly.

Our responsibilities to homeowners include:

Maintenance - carried out on your Orlando vacation home promptly and discreetly.
Your lawns, plants and shrubs will be well cared for.
Your pool - receives weekly attendance so that its water quality and cleanliness are maintained, the pool deck hosed down and pool furnishings cleaned over.
This work continues regardless of whether the house is occupied or not.

Cleaning - We treat your home to a thorough clean at each changeover.

Administration - Bills received for your home are paid promptly and invoiced to you on a monthly statement. These amounts are often offset by rental income received with any surplus funds paid to you as required. The credit balance rolled over to the next month is set at $750.

Rentals - We normally have sufficient bookings to ensure your house is rented for much of the year but we also encourage, assist and guide you if you are making efforts to find your own rentals. We charge no fee for looking after your guests, who are also most welcome to check in at our centrally located office, receive directions and keys to your property and make any outstanding rental payments still due to you.

Our services include the following and are charged as shown:

Home management, monthly at $100 (5 and 6-Bed properties $125)
Pool cleaning (if applicable), monthly at $85
Lawn care (if applicable), monthly at $75
Cleaning, per time $65 (condos + 3-bed), $75 (4 / 2), $80 (4 / 3), $85 (5 / 3), $90 (5 / 4), $100 (6 / 3), $105 (6 / 4), $120 (7 / 4), $125 (7 / 5)
Pest control, monthly interior $25
Cable (if required) $48

We do not charge for show-ins, bill payments, your own or your guest visits, keys, call-outs to your property, minor repairs and some minimal items. By having your property managed by Elite you are also able to benefit from discounted rates for cable-TV and free registration, if you wish, to Freetalk which, for a fixed $35/month provides you and your guests with unlimited long-distance and international telephone calls almost anywhere in the World!
